Commission Structure
TCV charges the following fees on all sales made through the marketplace:

These fees cover platform maintenance, payment processing, marketing, and the support of our dedicated team. There are no hidden fees — just a straightforward, transparent partnership designed to help you succeed.
Buyer Protection
We want every buyer to shop with confidence. If your item doesn't match its listing description or cannot be shipped, we offer a full refund. You have 3 days after delivery to report any issues. Please review our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
